1. Application

2. Prosecution

After an application is filed, the USPTO or the Copyright Office carefully reviews it and often requests additional information. During this review, we offer prosecution services. As part of these services, we handle inquiries from the USPTO or Copyright Office and counsel you on the most effective response. We also help you gather and submit any additional documentation requested by these agencies.

3. Enforcement

Once you have obtained a patent, trademark, or copyright, we help you enforce your rights against infringers. If another company or individual is copying your design, invention, or other creative work, we help you evaluate the misconduct and plan a course of action. Alternatives include issuing a cease and desist letter, submitting pre-lawsuit settlement discussions, filing a lawsuit, or seeking injunctive relief. We routinely litigate intellectual property infringement cases and help develop innovative and effective solutions to protect your intellectual property rights. 

4. Maintenance

Patent and trademark registrations must be maintained once they are issued. We offer portfolio management services and handle maintenance and renewal filings on your behalf.

5. Transactional Services
