Ms. Shah is an Associate at the firm and assists attorneys in the firm’s Intellectual Property Law litigation practice including motion practice and discovery. The areas of practice she is familiar with include trademarks, trade dress and copyrights.

Before moving to the United States, Ms. Shah worked as an Associate in the corporate law practice group with the law firm of Gagrats in Mumbai, India. Ms. Shah is a member of the Bar Council of Gujarat and is also admitted to practice in New York.
