Steven M. Crosby
Mr. Crosby practices IP litigation and prosecution with a concentration in obtaining, enforcing and defending patents, trademarks and copyrights and always with the clients’ bottom line in mind. He also counsels clients in branding practices and transactional, licensing and regulatory law.
Mr. Crosby brings broad technical and legal experience to the firm from AT&T Bell laboratories, Lucent Technologies and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone and from his years as a technical advisor and delegate supporting the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S.T.R. during N.A.F.T.A., A.P.E.C., F.T.A.A. and U.S.-E.U. trade missions.
